These programs are available to community members and are designed to support healthy lifestyle choices. From tobacco cessation to strengthening families and chronic disease management, these resources can help you reach your full health potential! | Mental Health First Aid | First Aid Training that teaches participants how to recognize and respond to signs of mental health or substance use crises. |
| Prediabetes 101 and National Diabetes Prevention Program | Education and lifestyle management programs designed to prevent or delay prediabetes progression to Type II diabetes. |

| United Way of Northern Utah | Parenting support programs in partnership with United Way of Northern Utah, including Welcome Baby, Playgroup, and Bright by Text. |
| Utah Support Advocates for Recovery Awareness (USARA) | Peer-led community recovery and support services for individuals in substance use recovery. |
| Utahns Against Hunger programs | SNAP application services, Double Up Food Bucks, and food access programs for seniors, students, and families. |

| Welcome Baby | A free home visitation program that promotes healthy, happy, and supportive new beginnings for parents, babies, and their family members. |
