Free Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening
Weber-Morgan Health Department provides free breast and cervical cancer screening and mammogram vouchers to those who qualify.

Who Qualifies?
- Ages 40-64, uninsured, and meeting income guidelines listed below (verification required)
- Ages 65+ without Medicare Part B (breast cancer screening only)
- Ages 21-39 (cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services)
- Utah resident for at least 6 months
- At least 1 year since your last mammogram
All Services are confidential. If you are experiencing concerns or symptoms, please call our Clinical Nursing staff to discuss eligibility outside of the specified age or time qualifications.

**Income limits are based on 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (2025).
Cancer Screening Program includes:
- Breast Exam (annually)
- Pap test (aka Pap smear – every 3-5 years)
- Free mammogram voucher at a nearby hospital or through a mobile mammogram van
- Education on breast self-awareness and dense breast information
- Yearly screening reminders
- Follow-up Diagnostic Services
- Referral for treatment as needed
Cancer Screening Preparation:
- Bring income verification (pay stub within last 30 days)
- For mammograms, please schedule at least 4 weeks after a COVID vaccination
- For your comfort, please consider scheduling your appointment outside of your menstrual cycle
- Preparing for a pap smear, please avoid the following for 2-3 days prior:
- sexual intercourse
- tampons
- lubricants, birth-control foams, jellies, etc.
